We offer two options for prenatal massage gift certificates:
1. Pick up a “real” gift certificate at our office – please call ahead so we can have your certificate ready for you. Our front desk staff is generally available in the office M-F 8:30am -5:00pm, but please call ahead just to be sure someone is there to help you.
2. By Mail – customized Gift Certificate filled out, mailed to you via USPS, for an additional $5 service fee.

To purchase a gift certificate for Salt Lake Prenatal Massage:

THEN, call us (801-706-7680) or send us an email (info at SLCPrenatalMassage.com) with the following information:
1. Your first and last name, email, and phone number
2. Your relationship to the recipient (mom, dad, sister, brother, wife, partner, etc.)
2. The recipient’s first and last name and estimated due date
3. Which method of gift certificate delivery you prefer: mailed to you ($5 extra,) or pick up at our office.
We’ll get in touch with you promptly by email or by phone to complete the purchase and to make all the arrangements to get your certificate to you!
