Infant Massage & Movement Classes at Salt Lake Prenatal Massage

Our Infant Massage Class is simple and straight-to-the-point, based on the idea that loving touch is a natural instinct for parents and grandparents. With a little guidance, you’ll learn the basics of infant massage and see how easy it is to incorporate massage into your baby care routine. Start delivering focused, nurturing touch right away and help baby develop body awareness, coordination, balance, improve growth, and of course, encourage bonding!

This class is for or parent(s) and baby. We just roll with it… babies are unpredictable… so just come prepared for anything but MOSTLY to have a GREAT TIME!

The cost is $30 and registration is required.

This class is ideally for babies who are not yet crawling (but that’s not a requirement!) Newborns are OK too as long as their umbilical cord stump has fallen off, and also as long as you are OK with them being around a small group of other babies.

Bring an extra blanket and a large soft towel. All other materials provided.

Evening & Weekend classes available. Also – TODDLER massage sessions are available with select staff members. Our goal with toddlers is to train YOU how to work on them, and that’s best done one-on-one in 15-30 minutes (because toddlers are on the GO!) Contact us with questions.
