Classes and Events at SLC Prenatal Massage
Infant Massage & Movement
Our Infant Massage & Movement Class is simple and straight-to-the-point, based on the idea that loving touch is a natural instinct for parents and caregivers. With a little guidance, you’ll dispel any fears of "doing it wrong" as you learn the basics of infant massage. Discover how easy it is to incorporate massage right away into your daily baby care routine!
The focus of our class is to: facilitate bonding, promote healthy, nurturing touch in families, encourage body awareness & healthy body image, provide tips in helping common complaints (gas, colic, sleeping, etc) and of course... LOVE!
The cost for this class is $30 and both parents are welcome to attend under a single registration. Registration is REQUIRED and classes are only scheduled out a few weeks in advance. Browse our current class schedule below or through the MINDBODY app or contact us to register.

Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
