Jennifer Holland is BACK! Please meet our new Prenatal Yoga Instructor!

Yoouuuuu guuuuyyyysss!

A few of you who have been with us for awhile will remember this shiny bright soul - Jen Holland used to teach our prenatal fitness classes way before we even had a REAL SPACE to teach them in. We are so happy that she is coming back to teach prenatal yoga at Salt Lake Prenatal Massage!

A little about Jen...... her love for exercise and fitness developed from her love and life of dance. (This girl can MOVE!)

She received her Group Fitness Certification at 19 and has been teaching ever since.

At 21 she graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and began to personal train and expand her fitness reach. From helping students & athletes, teens to the elderly, to directing fitness programs, filming online fitness videos, and teaching all over the valley and beyond, her experience reaches far and wide. She's the bomb.

Along her journey, she has picked up several certifications:

  • 500 RYT Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification
  • Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist Certification 
  • Zumba Instructor
  • Barre Instructor
  • Mat-Pilates Instructor

She has also taught Kickboxing, Hip-Hop Cardio, Circuit Training, Personal Trained many clients, and even has taught sensual chair dancing for mamas who want some vavoom in the bedroom. :)

She has a unique passion for working with pre/post natal moms and is very well educated on the special modifications and needs of the changing pregnant body, and the body after birth.


Giving moms some ease, freedom, strength, and confidence is Jen's goal every time she teaches. She herself has 2 step-daughters (7 & 3) and understands the demands of being a mom!

Currently Jen keeps fit with her newfound love of mountain biking, weight lifting, and home yoga-meets-dance movement practice. She cannot wait to take her breadth of knowledge and experience and current personal fitness methods to deliver dynamic, challenging, and unique classes designed for your specific needs.
